Challenges
PIREL’s customers grew increasingly reliant on their platform to view invoices and statements. Denis Pigeon, owner and founder, recognized a growing need from their customer base; namely, the ability to facilitate payments from within their portal experience.
This natural evolution from electronic paper to electronic payments presented a significant opportunity for PIREL, but also a considerable challenge.
